Slowest service I've ever encountered at wells fargo. Sat in the drive through after sending in my deposits for 15 minutes watching everyone in the branch doing nothing. In the meantime they waited on a gentleman who walked up to the drive through window. I'll definitely drive out of my way to a different branch next time.

Bad customer service,being customer for 10 years even my mortgage got many accounts trough them, when there to open business account Megan very rude person an a nasty customer service totally refuse to open account for no good reason..only excuse was i dont feel comfortable open the account for you!.

The parking lot is truly one of the worst I've ever seen. Someone entered the exit only and almost hit me, I had to pull into another parking spot while they came in because they weren't backing down, then a truck behind me almost hit me because apparently he didn't see what had just happened a minute before. So few parking spaces and nobody knows how to drive lol. However, the teller was nice and I was able to get my money.

Customer service is great but switching banks. Someone took my account and DID fraudulent activity online and the customer service number in the back refused to reimburse. Your money is not safe here. Safer with chime.

Horrible bank. Incompetent employees. I drove many hours to the nearest branch to close down my account and got the run around and my time wasted. The employee was too busy chit chatting about non relevant stuff to properly close my account. So if you like your time wasted and being frustrated, Wells Fargo bank and this branch location are for you. Avoid Wells Fargo bank like the plague.

Working staff are so rude. Bank was empty and still they refused to co-operate and get me a regular bank account. Don't recommend anyone going there.
