Me and My fiancé had a great experience at the Viewmont Mall with Jarred Baker. Jarred was more than patient, professional and had unbelievable knowledge on what we were looking for without us saying too much. Excellent customer service. They allow sizing for interest. I cannot keep track of rings or bracelets with so many procedures. I do like their inventory and customized options. The staff are very well versed on vintage jewelry from 100 years ago. They are always willing to offer a bit of time to make a very infrequent purchase. The expertise was better than the other stores that I have been to.

My fiancé and I went in today and was assisted by Natyra. We walked in and were greeted immediately with a friendly smile. We went in looking for one bridal set and walked out with a purchase of rings for both of us for a great deal. We are happy with our purchase and our service!!!

Jarred Baker was so helpful for my fiancé to help him pick out the perfect ring! He was also amazing when I came in to get the ring warranty put on for sizing. He was so helpful in also reviewing all the papers and documents to ensure I knew what I needed to keep and make sure I never lost track of! Would totally recommend going to him!!

Jarred the assistant store manager is amazing!! Every time we go into Zales, he is very polite and helpful. Just yesterday, I saw a bracelet that wanted to be turned into a necklace and I asked if that could be done. Instead of trying to just make a sell he actually looked at the items to see if can be done and I'm very grateful for that. He really cares and enjoys what he does and it shows. Please come visit him, I promise you will not be disappointed!!
