I have been an AT&T customer since I was 15 in high school (I will be 40 this fall)(I stayed with the company in the Susquehanna Valley Mall and the account was in MY name...I was the account holder...Once my husband and I married I added him to my account...and this is where problems arose...ATT in the mall switched HIM to the account holder...which is ridiculous. I had gone in multiple times to change it to no avail. He and I shared 2 GB of data and recently we kept going over that limited amount...I stopped in 3X to get help and was told I could change the account holder online using the App...I didn't want to use the app...I wanted a human to fix it since a human was the one to mess it up...in the mall ;( And I tried to change our outdated 2 gb plan to a new unlimited plan and the representative told me I "couldn't change plans to an unlimited plan because I was grandfathered into the older plan" and he told me he couldn't help me in the store and I'd have to call customer service! This is their JOB! They ARE customer service! 2 days later I switched to T-Mobile with super friendly service and brand new phones and brand new unlimited GB! If you need a fix don't go into the mall for help...they only want to make commissions and make money. Will NEVER step foot in the mall ATT again...do not recommend them...go somewhere else where you would receive better customer service.

Terrible customer service piss poor attitudes with minimal explanation on situations that make you travel for in stock items on an online purchase even as a new customer left a sour taste we will see how it goes from here I guess

We came in with a cracked screen and had to transfer my data to a new phone!
Everything went smoothly and the store personnel were very kind .

I guess the guy never finished setting up my new $1300 S24 Ultra so now it is still trying to send codes to my old phone to finish the set up... the old phone was already wiped and traded in at the store. Oh and it will only run in safe mode which means I can only make calls and texts and none of my apps work. So glad I just bought the $1300 smart phone ?

Always great customer service and support. Store representatives attentive and willing to assist you as soon as you walk in. Very detailed explanation of how the billing works and what to expect! Been a customer with AT&T for years and will continue to be!

There aren't enough stars available to rate the AT&T store along the trail in Shamokin Dam! Josh, store manager is a life savor with the patience of a Saint! He was able to restore my phone when I was certain it was lost. I am so thankful and highly recommend this store and their knowledgeable, patient, and professional associates!
