service sucks 90 percent of the time im with out service and then when i went to try and change carriers i found out that the phone i bought at full price from them cant be moved over becasue they sim lock it for 6 months even tho you paid full price for the phone and own it straight out.

Almost every cricket I go to I have a really good experience and the day before yesterday was no different the store manager was really knowledgeable. Kind and got the job done.

Nobody picks up the phone. I didn’t receive any paperwork when I set up a plan therefore I don’t know my account details. I live an hour from the nearest cricket store, which is in Selinsgrove. I can’t log into my account. Literally the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my whole life.

Terrible, awful, atrocious customer service. Needed to make a change to my plan, which required me to be physically present in the store. Tried calling the store 10 times so I could get information beforehand, nobody picks up and then you just get hung up on. Why is no one available during normal business hours? A: No one at this store cares.
After asking about making a change to my plan to better allow my my mom and brother to manage their phones, they told me my lines would go from 25 a month to 35. I don't have any outstanding leased phones, this is simply a screw you, we will jack up your rates for no particular reason other than we feel like it. I've always paid this rate per line, this their way of punishing you for making a minor change. Greedy and unscrupulous business practice, I walked out of the store immediately. Not accepting your terrible bargain, I don't take bad deals.
They just lost a loyal customer and one of their biggest advocates.

The guy working there is the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. He could care less about the customers tells you theres nothing he can do to call customer service. Tried them and they kept getting cut off due to the PHONE NOT WORKING!

Very unprofessional they said everything was good to go to switch my phone to my girlfriends plan to save money and the next day our phones were suspended and the bill was paid why would someone in the store allow this to happen it need fixed and now

The workers are always nice in there
