Today was my first day that I ever shopped at Dick's. I went in to find a pair of shoes that I could wear cuz I can't even barely walk right now. I have to have two hip replacements . The young men that took care of me help me find just the right shoes. They were very patient, kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond and the whole shoe department on both sides. Thank you guys for knowing your job doing it with compassion and representing your company with excellence.

Bought a pair of Easton sunglasses and also purchased the one year eye wear protection plan, 9 months later the lenses break from simple use and wear cause i wear them everywhere and love them, i try to replace them and they say they cant cover my claim !!!! Terrible!!!! What good is the protection plan then? Just making the rich,richer

Our boosters sold their Funraising4dollars coupon books as a fundraiser for the team but many of the people were denied using them even if the brand or product wasn't in the disclaimer on the coupon. The manager usually told the person that the entire list of exclusions is on the website. It made the parents and boosters look bad although most of the people treated buying the books as a donation. The problem is Dicks Sporting Goods got the donation not the kids when the boosters bought the booklets of coupons to sell as a fundraiser. Dicks will not be our teams go to at all for anything anymore. Shame on you for stealing from the kids.

Not worth the trip. It's just a clothing store. No outdoor supplies anymore. Lots of clothes and shoes. Nothing more.

Associate were friendly and extremely helpful. Blake was especially helpful and went above and beyond. Best customer service I have ever received. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion.

Bought a really nice treadmill for $999. Staff was very helpful and nice. A few guys loaded it on my truck without me having to help. Once I made the selection I was on my way home in less than 15 minutes. Really quick!!! No messing around and very helpful staff. Couldn't have gone smoother.
