Their staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. I am an out of State vistor & I needed to replace the bail, that was once attached to my cross. They were able to replace it & did in about 30 minutes or so, on the spot. Thankfully, they were not busy. I was blessed & fortunate, they accommodated my request!
