Just needed a small part for the bathroom. Glad to find I could buy the part separately. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Lowe's has wide aisles, is organized very well, and the staff in this store were very polite and glad to help. I will definitely return to Lowe's for my future hardware needs.

The gentleman who is supposed to help load customers was standing out front on his phone when I arrived. After I loaded 15, 80 pound bags of concrete on a cart, pushed it to my truck, started loading it in my truck, parked in front of the door. Instead of helping, he took his phone inside until I was finished. Too bad you have to give them 1 star.

People, please make sure you don't let your elderly shop here alone. I personally had this store try to take advantage of my mother by them wanting to upsell her 4 shipping fees for the mower and hardware she bought.
And I've heard so many stories from my neighbors of them doing similar things to other elderly people.

For a Lowe’s, this place has everything well stocked and placed. The impulse buys are well put on display by their MST team. As a former employee of any Lowe’s in general, I cannot recommend some of the associates enough. In Customer service, you have some amazing people, including Tina. If you need to know absolutely anything about flooring you have Krista. She will absolutely get the job done and understand your basic or intermediate needs, you can’t match someone with her skill set. Over head in appliances, their supervisor is outstanding, Jessikah. If you need assistance in blinds or home decor, Ang is the one to go to. The paint specialists, are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If you need help as a contractor in pro, they definitely have you at the pro desk and are willing to go the extra mile to assist you.
