Customer service sucks here. I went in and see if they would allow me to switch on the 30th of May and they said that I have to wait until July to get the upgrade when I already been with the plans since May 30th of last year. Honestly I was told to wait until July of this year to upgrade when I am already down 29 days just to upgrade my phone

I purchase a new phone ending of March and 2 weeks ago the phone just stop working.called cus.service they were unable to help so I went in to the office in person. A replacement phone was ordered,replacement arrives and was charged 28$ to activate and the replacement phone doesn't work. Agent said the reason phone wasn't working was because of the phone number and proceeded to change phone number and phone still didn't work! After my daughter told him not to change the number she has had for years and spending 2 hours there she still left with a non working phone..I went again in person yesterday and spent another 2 hours of my life,agent said he put in a ticket and phone will be working in 24 hours..here we are24 hours later and not a working phone!agent also confirmed that the phone we purchace as a new phone was actually a referbished phone..very disappointed after all the years of business! I asked for them to upgrade the phone to one that works at metros expense being that we were sold a refurbished phone as NEW and was told that's not metros policy! They are all about making sales and disappointing long time customers! Served paid on 5/31 here we are on the 10th of June and no working phone

Had to buy my daughter a new phone as she shattered the screen on her old one. Picked up a Metro Revvl 6x 5g at our local Walmart, and when I tried to get her number transferred, I was told it couldn't be done. I was never told that before and even when I tried to chat with support, they never told me that.
After a couple attempts in the store, I was finally told why they didn't/couldn't do it and it made sense.
After returning the revvl to walmart, we went back into this store, and they helped us greatly and we walked out with a good phone for my daughter, even better then the revvl!

I hated how they talked to me on the phone. Disrespectful. I like metro. My service is ok. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not. I hope it gets better I’ll change but it’s really gone downhill for real. My bill went up. They removed my ACP program without my permission. Hopefully things get straightened out. They charge $26 for one screen protector. That’s ridiculous. They told me I had to buy in order to get the deal on my phone. I know that was a lie. They lie to you to get you to buy more stuff that you do not want to buy and tell you you have to. Companies shouldn’t lie to you. The people that answer the phone are disrespectful and rude. Not feeling it. If things change I’ll change my review. Til then tho. The sound on my phones been staticy too and I just got it not that long ago and it’s an iPhone so I don’t know what the problem is. Next month I’m gonna get another line added I hope but it depends on how the rest of this month for real… sorry but I’m gonna be honest.,

Very great and happy service. Had a very good experience. The guy in the store had me and my son laughing and talked to us like he's known us for years and that's what I love in the service in the Selinsgrove and Lewisburg metro stores.

My boyfriend And I came to get him a new phone line we were helped by two wonderful ppl ALISSA and SEAN .. BY FAR the best services I ever experienced when dealing with mobile service. I DID NOT KNO THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIK THIS STILL EXISTED
