Don’t buy any used vehicles here. My second vehicle purchase here and the engine blew less than a month into ownership. They’re doing nothing to even help out.

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe High Country from them this summer. When you spend 80k+ on a vehicle you expect some customer service. The salesman spent most the day on the phone talking about sports cars. I should have known then it wasn't going to be a good experience.When the deal was finalized, hours later, with the dealership closing I was handed the keys. The car was the owners wife's car or so I was told. It was dirty, out of washer fluid and under a quarter of a tank of gas. It was dinging within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership. Additionally there was less than 1000 miles left on the oil change.6 months later I am trying to get it inspected and can't because they never put the wheel lock key in the vehicle so they can't take the wheels off. I call the dealership and I am sent an email to a website where I can order one. I have less than 2 weeks until the inspection expires and these clowns did nothing to help with the issue.Worst dealership ever! Buyer Beware! If zero stars was an option it would be zero.

Recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 GMC Terrain SLE and was more than happy with the process from start to finish. Shawn from Murray couldn’t have been more professional from our initial conversations to walking out the door with the SUV both myself and wife wanted. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Had a great experience with Shawn our salesmen, Travis the finance manager, GM Shane and Logan from the detail department actually had a good amount of knowledge about the car my friend purchased. We were told Murray went through a personal change and were in a bit of a transitional adjustment. So at some points it was a little rough but my friend walked out with the car he wanted and got about what he wanted for his trade. So we are happy with the experience there overall.

My vehicle was at their service center, I asked the service manager to call me and update me at the end of the day. They expressed how paramount it was, that they informed me of what was going on due to the fact that it affected my holiday travel plans. I understand if they couldn’t finish the vehicle, but I needed to be informed as to where I stood. they were in capable of pulling off the simple task. I would never do business with them again! Their hours online are 530 and I tried to call them at 5:15. No answer in a department tried many times until 530 with no success.

Drove from Philly to purchase a 23 Chevy Traverse RS. Hannah was awesome from start to finish. She knew I was driving far and didn’t want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. She had everything prepared when we got there and the process was seamless. She was very communicative and sweet. Would absolutely recommend this team!

Was originally interested in a black SS 1LE Camaro that was sent to auction and sold before they could get it back to the dealership. When dealing with Hannah in sales, she let us test drive a similar vehicle they had on the lot with more options. Hannah was knowledgeable about the cars and was very easy-going. I had a lot of questions having come from Ford and not being super familiar with Chevys. The whole sales experience was smooth with no pressure and little stress. Would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking to buy a new/used car!

Brock at the service department lied to me about how much my bill would be to fix my pcv valve and the cost of a hose. He said it would be $792 all together then calls me the next day when my car was FINALLY fixed and told me my bill was $1492. Don’t ever get your vehicle serviced here!!!! If you care about your financial well being and integrity from your mechanic.

I wanted to share my experience with this dealer. I was looking at a car that they had advertised online and submitted a request for more information. Ryan (a salesperson) responded and was fairly responsive. I am out of state and over 8 hours away so I was trying to obtain as much information before deciding if a trip was necessary. After emailing back & fourth and several phone calls I decided to make a trip to look at the car in person. I informed Ryan of my arrival time and the car was ready for me to test drive. Unfortunately, Ryan was not available to have a real discussion and this was disappointing since I just drove over 8 hours to meet him and look at the car. The most frustrating part of all this was after returning back home I began to search for another car since the one they had was not the color I was looking for and found one that was the color I was interested in. After making a call regarding that car it turned out is was the same dealer and Ryan never mentioned this while I was there. Obviously when I called another salesperson Rob took the call. Once I was able to confirm that the car was there when I was there several days earlier, that was the most frustrating part. Furthermore, Rob stated he would call me back to discuss the car, but 6 hours later and closed now for the day, no return call. This dealer has some nice vehicles but are way over market value, no price negotiation and have poor customer service for the price point of the vehicles they are offering. It's unfortunate, since I am not just kicking tires and informed them up front that I'm out to purchase said car. If you don't mind paying way over market value, poor customer service and not real informative, then maybe this dealer is for you.
