My 91 year old mother and I were waited on by a clerk that was rude. I was not impressed by his attitude nor by his lack of helping me with the charging problem I am having. We were greeted at the door by a guy who told us to have a seat and someone would help us. I am still waiting for that helpful person. I probably need a new phone but it WILL NOT BE FROM THAT STORE or Verizon. Great turn off for me.

⚠️ ? ⚠️I didn't feel welcomed at this store AT ALL! All I was doing was coming to return 2 phones (maybe that was the issue. Hopefully not for another reason.?Verizon executives, you need to come here for a customer service training session. It was so bad that at one point I said... "I sense hostility here". This happened Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 late morning/early afternoon.If (like me), you need to have Verizon for it's superior coverage area & out of the country use, go see Verizon employee Nevin at this Verizon store about 20 min away....Verizon7431 Westbranch Hwy #2, Lewisburg, PA 17837He was so cordial, knowledgeable & professional, I ended up spending over $3000 on upgraded phones, an additional line and tons of accessories.*****I was going to put the employee at this location on blast here (since I made sure I read her name tag). However, to be that miserable, her life must already suck and I'm doing great. So I'll just leave it at that.

These days, customers service being qualified to perform in the position you hold with a company leaves allot to be desired. My visit left my wife without a cell phone and countless hours on the phone with customer service after the visit. This is not only an inconvenience, it is a satey concern as well as having the potential to hinder some significant life events. Such as missing a call for a potential job interview, or as was in our case, missing an important call from our attorney. Or, what would have happened if there was vehicle troubles or another roadside event? For most this would be a minor inconvenience, but we don't live in a populated area and we do rely on our cell phones as a primary form of communication. I would not recommend stopping here, but if you must do not leave until you are sure they helped you and you are getting what your paying for.

Not act technically proficient as they need to be for a job dealing with electronics. Not on the employee it's on Verizon.

I had a big issue with our account and we had to get some help to figure some things out and the new manager Chuck was a blessing that day for sure. Knew what he was doing. My issue taken care of and was very kind and courteous in the process thank you to you and the team member online that helped resolve our matter.

I, was having issues with my cell phone didn't know where to go with it so I took it down to Verizon and they helped me get through the problems with it. There was a fee to pay of $29 but it was well worth it phone is working well and I am happy

If I could give 10 stars, I would for Steve and Justin. I went in for an upgrade and came out with so much more. I had all kinds of deals that I would not have known if it weren't for these two gentlemen. I even got a PS5! Yes, they now carry them for those who couldn't get there hand's on one. I am very blessed and pleased with the way I was treated. Thank you, Verizon Associates! Not at the mall any longer. Now located in Shamokin Damm by Sleep World.

Had a pleasant experience. Stopped in to pay my bill at the kiosk and buy a car charger. Employee was helpful.
