“I stopped in there last week when I had a windshield wiper problem for some reason it started working again when they put it into the garage but they were very nice to me they didn't charge me to check it out but now the car does need a switch for the wipers but if we would have had to switch I'd have had them put the switch in.”

“They do a good job w alignment. But everytime we bring in a vehicle for 30 years they say something needs replaced. We do all of own repairs so we have to take it back to get aligned after parts they claim need replaced. It is a money racket.”
“advanced auto tested my battery and said it was too labor intensive for them to install. firestone was right up the street so i called and they told me to bring it right in. i did not have a prior appointment but they took me in, no problem and even stayed late to finish installation. when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, i explained i no longer had a ride and offered to come the next morning but the manager sent a car for me so i would be able to have my vehicle back that very same night. manager shane was kind, professional, courteous and absolutely went the extra mile where other shops would have just closed and finished the job the next day. thank you shane and the technicians that worked on my car!! you are so so appreciated! i will definitely be back AND recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto service/repair.”
