I feel so cared for when I go to Total Concept! They go the extra mile to make everyone feel beautiful. Sue always explains how to care for my hair so I can style it on my own. I’ve been a client for over 20 years and continue to be impressed.

Hannah is amazing!!! She is so personable and has such a fun personality. I absolutely love my lashes and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting any services done by her!!
