Clerks are miserable here. Most hate life and their jobs. Unwilling to help and have attitudes second to none. They would be better off in positions that aren't public facing.
Good news is that they are always looking for employees at the plant in Harrisburg.

Constant issues over mail not being delivered after purchasing a house. Staff always defensive and combative when I try to pick up mail in person after nondelivery.

update: changing my review from 1 star to 4 because now there's a really nice lady there that always scans the packages :D but the ppl that don't scan them still work there |:(
Half the time they don’t scan my packages going into the system and then they loose them, but because they never scanned them to begin with the tracking says pre-transit and so when I call them they can’t do anything about it because they say I never dropped the packages off
(this has happened abt 30 times this year where the package was lost forever because they never scanned it after I dropped it off)
And sometimes the customer will get their package and tell me they got it and the tracking will STILL say it’s in pre-transit, idk y they can’t just scan them im paying them a lot of money each month

Regularly deliver my packages to a house across town, sometimes she is nice enough to bring them to me. Have marked items undeliverable and "No Such Address" when they have the same address that they deliver to every day. I know that it's not an easy job by any means, but at the very least deliver it to a next door neighbor not someone a mile away when I can physically see the post office from my window.

Last few weeks I have had damaged mail due to the mailman not closing the lid on my mailbox and get soaked by water..this is a very poor performance

Great service and friendly staff. Although my package was left at the office before dispatching, they were helpful to track it down and return the package to me when I arrived.

Just starting dropping many many packages off and the staff is extremely friendly.
