They treat you with respect, I had some difficulty with screaming eagle tuner they took my concern and honestly I don’t really know how they did it but now everything works perfectly. I certainly would encourage everyone interested in any Harley or accessory to trust this specific location. I have more ideas and this dealership is where all my work will be done. "This store is set up in a great location. You can get to it by highway or scenic roads. I prefer the scenic route. The Staff was very helpful. They wanted to make sure I had a HD membership and that I can get 100 points for checking in at dealerships for the first check in of this year. "

Friendly people but had issues with motorcycle at the time of pick up. I can’t believe if in advance you have set up time for a motorcycle pick up then why is it not ready and checked in properly. Also at the end after going back and forth was told I am frustrated that it’s not working and made me feel like can u just leave. I know it was almost at the end of the day but still not good to leave that impression on customer.

I have been to Freedom Valley a number of times, it is the only Local Harley dealer that I will go to... Staff is very polite, they listen to you, they really want to help you... I have never had a bad experience there, most friendly and helpful dealer of all my visits to a Harley Dealership... The parts department is excellent... If I have a question, they answer it, and give you back more knowledge then expected... 90% of the time, they have the part/parts that I am looking for, and I have always been treated like an important customer, and I have always felt good when walking out... I am very happy to have them as my home base Harley Davidson, and I look forward to my next visit...

I traded in my bike they gave me top dollar for it the sales department and financing were great and I picked up a 2018 Ultra Classic rides beautiful I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and co-workers and I will be purchasing some clothing
