“We had a new fireplace installed about 10 days ago. First, Jim at Salters was the best to work with. We chose our design and material and that was smooth. The framing for the new fireplace was 2 days - just what we were told. The next 2 days, the masonry teamArrived. Greg and Andrew did a great job. We may a little adjustment to the plan and it was no problem. The end result is a beautiful new fireplace which is the focal point of our living room/dining room area. From the first visit to Salters to the last day the workers completed the project was just as we were told upfront. Highly Recommend Salters.”
“The LazyBoy store in Montgomeryville was an excellent place to purchase furniture. There was a wide selection and friendly, helpful sales people who did not pressure you, which was much appreciated. We purchased a sofa and chair at different (but close) times from two different people. Both Evan and Jeff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. “Great customer service. I called a few days prior to going to ask about repairing old cues. I was giving honest advice and referred to come in with the cues. I came a few days later and was very impressed with the instore experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and even entertained my daughter with games while I looked into cues. “When I walked into the place, Jim the owner greeted me. When I told him my situation, he directed me to the TV I already had in mind. I previously researched the TV and saw the ratings on it. This took place over the Black Friday Sales. I instructed Jim that I wanted it delivered and it was done in a timely manner. Mike delivered it and set it up. Mike even gave me suggestions on my Verizon remote and Surge protecter, which I did get new ones. When the Verizon remote arrived, I had a problem with the sound. I called in to Eds TV and Tim came out on his own time and fixed the audio to my satisfaction. I rarely give a review like this, but they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This is my 2nd TV from Eds TV. I strongly recommend them, especially if you want to get the best audio.”

“Great purchasing experienceAfter talking to another couple, we decided to go shopping for our Hot Tub at Pelican. The other couple did not make their purchase from Pelican and wished they had. Glad we took their advice. Quincy was a pleasure to work with in making the selection and purchasing our Hot Tub. He taught us a lot and gave great advice. The delivery was also a great experience. They prepared well, were quick and efficient, placed the tub exactly where we wanted it and nothing was scratched. We recently went back to purchase supplies, and we continued to learn more from Quincy. Great service!”

“I have never written a pro or con review in my 73 years. My most recent experience with the employees at Mastroieni & Sons was absolutely amazing. I experienced a problem with a couch I had purchased. Within 2 days of delivery the owner was at my house examining the product and proceeded to resolve the situation. He was pleasant and considerate of satisfying a customer. In all my purchases over all my years I have never experienced a retailer who went out of way to make sure I was satisfied the way Nick and his staff worked to resolve my issue in an expedited fashion. In today's world you simply cannot find any store that does it any better than Mastroieni and I will never go anywhere else for furniture. Steve B”
“A really nice couple that helped me out. I took a piece of laminate to them that I needed cut down, I did not call ahead, I just drove there. It was a Monday and they were closed, however I just happen to catch them. Roger's wife greeted me and I explained I was looking for someone that could cut this piece of laminate so I didn't screw it up, I only had one piece and I did not have the right tools to cut it. She said that Roger would be off the phone in a few minutes and he would take a look. Roger was extremely friendly and said he could do it the next day. I went to pick it up this afternoon and asked "What do I owe you?". She said "He said don't worry about it, it took him 2 minutes" In today's world you don't find business owners like this. They have a really nice shop full of decorations, I am going to return with my wife to purchase something.”
“Went to Bassett in colmar on 2.19 and it was such a great experience. We weren’t pounced on when we walked in and our sales rep Kim was so helpful. We ended up with a couch, ottoman and chair.
