This is my first time going to Action Auto, for my inspection. I ended up needing a wheel bearing in my front passenger side. Brady was very helpful with everything. I dropped my car off was given a courtesy ride home and pickup when it was finished. I definitely with be returning to have inspection done there again. And when my back wheel bearings are ready to be changed.

Everyone there is great and they treat there customers with respect and great service also they where fast at getting my Fiance car done and Veronica was great with me and great service and personality was amazing thanks for everything u all are amazing

Took my car in for oil change because I received a coupon in the mail only to find out that they tried to tell me my oil pan was leaking. I park in my garage every night and there’s no oil underneath my car so how’s my pan leaking, but if it does start leaking all of a sudden, I’ll know why and how it started. They were dead set on getting more money out of me telling me things that were wrong with that work watch these people they are slick. Good thing I have an honest mechanic that doesn’t try to play stupid games with me because they think I am a dumb female. Far from it grew up under the hood of cars with my 4 brothers!!! Better luck next time! No sucker here!! I literally had to demand they bring my car out of their garage to me….Pathetic!!

Great team. Everything was explained very well, I was granted access to see directly what was being proposed/fixed. They charge a fair price and they stand by their work.
Thus far they have not shown me anything that was a surprise to me, the car owner. Will definitely return as necessary

Went in my yearly inspection. Through their coutesey inspection they did mention some issues with the car. When I stated that I only wanted what was needed for inspection, they ended up charging for more services then I asked. The receipt did not have labor put on there, and they charged hours of label on every single item, which is unacceptable. They took advantage of someone who didn't look at the receipt, and did not follow instructions. I cannot ever recommend this place to anyone.

Veronica who answers the phone n greets you inside is so upbeat n easy to talk to. Staff are PROfessional! Prices are pretty fair. They fit me in during my 'pinch' of a need. I think I'll b using this garage for now on. And they are conveniently located. They really looked into my issue. I felt confident driving away. Nice clean business.

When I called for an appointment I talked with a genuinely nice girl who made me an appointment the next day. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Action Auto.
