I ordered a med hot fudge Sunday 2 different scoops of ice cream. The dimwitted working screwed up the oeder so bad. The ice cream was melted. The wrong flavors and delivered with attitude. I took it back and got my money back. I worked for years at an ice cream place. I hope I am the only one she screwed today.I posted this right after this happened. I guess the owner doesn't care about his customers. Just any service will do. Please take your business elsewhere. Let them die a slow death of the business. They deserve nothing.

Has gone down hill since new owners. Used to be the go-to spot, no longer. The workers do their best and should be commended.

I have taken my twins here at least 20x in the past year and over 10 just this season alone. I have been treated very rudely! First of all there are always young kids alone with no managerial supervision. I have paid 30+ dollars on 2 occasions for food and my milkshake for my son was forgotten! This weekend I had to go back to get it again and the girl slammed it so hard on the counter and rudely glared at my son and I. It was their fault not mine they forgot it. Also the cook was swearing profusely all over and did nit have a hair net on. Very gross!! We will be taking our many many visits elsewhere with a professional atmosphere and no health code violations!

Wonderful staff, food, and ice cream - HOWEVER, owner is rude and treats her employees like absolute garbage. Take your business elsewhere!

awful new management. rude to customers, extremely unprofessional and immature, body shames young female employees and customers.Recent employee information:Hi! I am not typically the person to take to social media to vent, but being from such a small area I figured a lot of you could benefit from hearing this info.I have been an employee of Mongs since I was 15 years old and have always loved making new friends every year and working at such a fun place! Being home from college, I reached out to work for the month-long period I would be home.Immediately, without any previous knowledge of me, the new owner requested that I (along with another college girl) not be given hours. The reason: we have other jobs at home. This was untrue for the both of us. The real reason is still a mystery to me. My check I received didn’t have my last name on it, as I really don’t think she cared to learn who I was at all.A group of 10 or so girls, all friends with one another, obviously will support each other. It was brought to my attention that the new owner has commented negatively on the body types of teenage girls with things like “chubby” “eating all day” and “big girls” as well as making direct comments leaving girls uncomfortable and sexualized. Workers, my friends, have called me crying due to the manner at which they were spoken to. Additionally, veteran workers had their pay cut unknowingly back to minimum wage.As one of the older girls, 19 almost 20 currently, I felt uncomfortable sitting on this information, knowing it is wrong. Thursday, I had woken up not feeling well in more ways than one. As a result, I asked if anyone was available to take my shift. Within the hour, I had been fired over text due to this forcing her children to work too many hours (I never asked them to work for me lol). From there, I received a handful of disrespectful messages from the owner herself. Some of which included getting scolded for things like switching shifts that other workers do all the time, and free of punishment. I know I am young and know nothing about owning a business, but I do know that the workers of Mongs are like family. I also have the honor of being raised to know and recognize kindness. The actions of the new and current ownership has caused many workers to leave as well as a few currently scouting for new jobs.Always support small businesses. There is plenty of amazing ice cream shops in this area that treat workers kindly and fairly, I would recommend taking your business there.Side note: The owners of Mongs have also taken over Sprinklez! I can’t speak on anything there, just wanted to put that info out there as well :))

I took my grandson here a few weeks ago. Like was terrible king and the teens running the place were very slow filling orders. Then I read the following! We have been there a few times and always get Sundaes. They barely put any toppings on them, not worth the money. We won’t be back.

Really disappointed with Mongs this year! It’s seemed to have gone way down hill. Paying more for bad customer service. I heard it was under new ownership, hoping we can get it back to how it used to be!
