I called and they hot me in right away. I dropped of my SUV and about an hour later they called and let me know it was ready for pick-up.

Between Matt in the sales dept & Ty in the service dept, I have never had a single complaint. We are always treated like gold and have never had any issues. Sales process was smooth, and service is always flawless and quick. I highly recommend Northpointe and their awesome team!☺️

I purchased from North Pointe a couple of months ago. I called ahead, and the car I wanted was ready to test drive upon arrival. It was a very positive interaction, and even though I had a deficit on the car I was trading, they did everything possible to get me in my new one with a way better interest rate as well! Great senses of humor too! Highly recommended!

They were nice, attentive to my needs. After last year I was skeptical because they didn't change my oil milage sticker and so I was confused on when I actually needed my oilchange. Mainly because my last truck was 2010. So it didn't have the updated features of letting me know when I needed to change it. So they made me feel comfortable assuring me I was good.
