They were nice, attentive to my needs. After last year I was skeptical because they didn't change my oil milage sticker and so I was confused on when I actually needed my oilchange. Mainly because my last truck was 2010. So it didn't have the updated features of letting me know when I needed to change it. So they made me feel comfortable assuring me I was good.

Service for my car was done in a quick professional manner. This included picking up the car that would not start in my driveway. Taking it to the dealership. Installing a new battery. Doing a diagnostics evaluation. Brought my car back. Able to pay on phone. I really appreciated this service.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK!,, OVER 2 1/2 HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE AND ROTATION?? OH THEY HAD TO REPLACE 2 LUG NUTS,, IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL!,, EVERYTIME I LOOKED OUT,, GUYS WERE STANDING AROUND TALKING... I WAS NEVER TOLD THEY WERE FIXING A RECALL,,, WASNT ASKED...AND IVE NEVER PD OVER $113 FOR OIL CHANGE !(22 FOR LUG NUTS) I SWEAR THATS WHY THEY TAKE SO LONG, TO GET THE LABOR CHARGES.. NEVER BE BACK,, NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE THERE,, SAME WITH HUSBAND.. HE WONT EITHER!MY HUSBAND CAN DO IT ALL LESS THEN AN HOUR!

In truth, I cannot speak to the sales department. I can, however, express extreme dissatisfaction over multiple occasions with the service department. I have finally given up and feel it is time well spent to take my vehicle out of town. I would not consider purchasing a new or used vehicle from Northpoint based on the poor quality and lack of concern for the customer expressed by the service department
