I called, made an appointment, super cute place but I said was going with my 5-year-old daughter to do hand and foot work. They also don't have access for children. They charge me the adult price for her it without doing half job she just painted her feet. Super Nice lady , But They use very old foot brushes on my feet . I didn't like going there and I won't go back.

Something happened with this place. I used to love it. I’m not sure if it’s under new ownership. Seems like all new nail artists when I went yesterday. So. I went last night for a pedicure with a friend. The man used the cheese grater thing on my feet. Fine. I have callouses. But I think he thought my bunion was a callous and then he nicked me. I pulled back and asked him not to use it on my other foot and he didn’t understand. He went to use it on my other foot and I said no. The person my friend had needed to translate. Fine. He didn’t apologize.
But there was still a skin flap hanging on and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. I called this morning to ask for refund which “Lee” refused and said I could come in today to show her? I said I can send you pictures but I’m not wasting my day coming in. She also said she didn’t think it’s a big deal and sometimes these things happen. LOL. There’s a literal chunk out of my foot that I didn’t realize while I was there because the skin flap was still covering it and then my shoes rubbed it off. So it didn’t even hurt right away. So ridiculous.
I’ve never had this happen in all the pedis I’ve ever gotten in my life because people are careful ? The pedicure itself was fine but this is such bad business. We got rushed out even though no one was in the salon.
She refused giving me a refund but said I could come back for a free pedicure ? Definitely won’t be back. So disappointing. Be wary. Something changed and would not recommend. Hope I don’t get infected. Yay for neosporin. Even if someone doesn’t think it’s a big deal … like how would you not refund a customer that got hurt during your service ? Ridiculous.
