Had just bought groceries over the weekend when my refrigerator then decided to bite the dust, so despite keeping them in a cooler of ice until the new fridge was delivered yesterday, they still seemed questionable when I took them out of the cooler, so rather than taking any chances, I called customer service ahead of time to explain the situation and that I still had my receipt but had not gotten to use any of the groceries I just bought to see if I could return only the refrigerated items and get fresh replacements, especially given the price of groceries nowadays, and the manager was very courteous & understanding and agreed to do so as a one-time exception given the circumstances, yet whenever I called the Cranberry WalMart and asked the same for the other groceries I had just purchased there over the weekend too, their manager was the complete opposite in demeanor and refused to do anything whatsoever to help me, so I will now be giving my business solely to Giant Eagle instead for demonstrating more compassion toward their customers during a crisis, especially during a time when the price of groceries is at an all-time high and not everyone has the extra money to be throwing away on replacing wasted food they never even got to consume

It has a nice array of products. The produce is fresh. The pharmacy is very good. I only wish the prices would be lower.

I'm very loyal to Giant Eagle...especially Seven Fields. My biggest complaint is the cart boys. They're very rude. There are two in particular. I'm handicapped and they will watch you take your groceries out, walk right past you. Instead of offering to take the mobility cart in, they will take 1-2 push cart in. Or else the stand talking over by the state store. Even wandering around inside the store. I sat in my car and watched them today...Monday, August 5, 2024. The young man who rings groceries and gets carts is an exception. He is friendly!

bought 3 of 4pack of Specialty beer Did not like tried to return 2 days later 2 of the 3 and refused to return even after I had stopped at another Giant Eagle to check on rules and was told as long as it’s the GE you purchased at. Very frustrating waste of time and gas.

Cashier was seriously rude...
She was carrying on a conversation with the person in front of me which she was checking out . Never put her closed sign up... but after I stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation with the customer in front of me. She looked at her watch and told me she was going on break. I left my groceries on the belt and walked out. Will never shop at this store again.

I just left your location. While in line the cashier called for a manager to help him over the speaker. Javier came over screaming that "its not my job" and "figure it out yourself". Javier swiped their card and stormed off continuing to yell. They then sat on the bench, crossed their arms and sat there extremely angry. All over an employee asking for help. The rudeness and unprofessionalism was unnecessary. Quincy, the cashier didnt react and remained a professional adult. I surely hope Javier is spoken to regarding this. Certaintly not someone i would want in my business.

Horrible experience. The cashier Kimberly S treated me awful. No greeting, after telling her hello, complete silence. I had my baby and he was fussy so I was already stressed.. I had a few cans of formula and baby food.. 20 items max. I came from the side and didn't notice it was an express lane. She was incredibly rude and while leaving all she said was " I shouldn't have even taken you" in a very nasty tone. It was my mistake because I didn't see it was express but she kindly could have let me know. Unacceptable customer service.

I had a great experience with the cashier. His name was Derek. Was polite and energetic. He was so excited when I told him I wanted to fill out a survey for him. I was disappointed when I got home and found out that the instructions require a code on the bottom of the receipt! And guess what, my code seems to have been cutoff. So please recognize Derek. And if his only recognition comes from filling out a survey, maybe change the placement of the survey code. Thnks and good work Derek! From the bow tie guy!
