Terrible. Waited forever, one person working/training another, so I was trying to be patient but then she was so completely rude for no reason. I had to use LabCorp this time but usually I go to Quest and they are amazing.

Had an appointment at 730 on Saturday but when I arrived the doors were closed even though it let me schedule it. There were several other people waiting outside as well. Frustrating as I had to fast for this as well. I will be going to quest from now as I never had issues with them.

Had a great appointment this morning. Wad able to get in before my appointment time. The lady who drew my blood did a wonderful job! Staff was pleasant.

Not the first time I used this LabCorp location. I saw two employees on different occasions - one employee is well experienced and does a good job drawing blood. Another employee is completely inexperienced and unable to perform basic blood draw - I got a big wound on my hand after blood was drawn, it took about 3-4 weeks to completely heal and there is a visible scar left.. Awful! If you have to use this location I recommend you refuse to see that unprofessional employee - don't be afraid to look rude, because this is a matter of your health...

Reasonable lab. Not terrible, not fabulous. Like any lab, they are very busy and will honor appointment times over walk-ins which is nice. Staff that I have interacted with seem nice, competent. Check-in is simple. Drug screening needs to be made more convenient than urinating in a small plastic cup.

So... I know this seems like a strange business to review on Yelp but I had such a great experience I feel like it deserves to be here. I had to schedule routine labs through my PCP and had trouble finding available appointments elsewhere. I was able to get a Saturday morning apportionment here just a few days after I scheduled it. I arrived and checked it easily at a kiosk by scanning a QR code I received when I scheduled the appointment. Two minutes later I was called back and the nurse went over my paperwork. The nurse was extremely friendly and bubbly and just made me so at ease about being stabbed in a few minutes. She took me to the next room, chatting the whole time. In less than 5 minutes the whole appointment was complete. Quick, efficient, and easy! I really appreciated it!

Not sure why but the staff’s gesture and attitude was really really rude!I had a 9am appointment for fingerprints and my morning was just spoiled! Can’t come here again!

First time using this lab. Very clean. The woman who checked me in also did my testing. She was kind and quick and got my vein on the first try. I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen and testing took about 10. Nice facility. Great parking. Masks currently required. (7-18-22) Will come back here for any future bloodwork. (Infinitely better experience compared to Quest Diagnostics).

Waited 55 minutes past my appt time and they still didn’t take me in. I had to leave because I ran out of time. Extremely rude and unprofessional to have no concern for other time.

Husband and I have been going here for blood work since it opened. They are first rate, very fast results and the ladies there are very nice and you don’t feel a thing , which is a good thing. Sometimes I think people give bad reviews, just because. They are the same people who talk nasty on all other media platforms. Surely us having gone there since the opened, we would have run into the bad by now and there hasn’t been any, at least at the Cranberry twp office.

I had to get pre-employment blood work/drug test and chose this site because they are open on Saturday’s… unfortunately, I couldn’t get the blood work on Saturday because of one of the tests, but I came back on a different day and had the same lady. I’m not sure what her name is, but she is so kind. So gentle and very personable. I was nervous because of the poor reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very quick, in and out both times. Very clean office as well!
