“Went in to buy a money order. Lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful informing me that they sold prestamped single envelopes so I didn't have to buy a book and a stack. Got my money order in the mail no fuss. Thank you!”

“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”
“We are quick to write a negative review. I just want to shout out, THANK YOU to the new mail carrier in Venango Trail, Mars, PA 16046 area. We get all our mail delivered to my our address and we don’t get any neighbors mail in my mailbox. We now don’t run into any usps mail issues that needs addressing. Glad to know someone masters their job . Our neighborhood appreciates your service.”

“While USPS unfortunately shipped my package to the wrong building, the staff in this location were super helpful in assisting me in scouting the correct location of the package by pulling up GPS records.”
“Had a delivery issue with a check issued to us by the state as they would not update our forwarding . I called the Zeli post office and talked to Mike.He watched for a re-issue of the check and even sent it to us at our vacation address. This type of service is unheard of...so very professional and appreciated!”
“Actually has a customer service window open 10-2, if you've been receiving poor and abusive service at the Cranberry PO (as many have as shown by the reviews) from Barb the Barbarian, try this friendly spot and save yourself the headache!”
