Despite being short staffed over the weekend. The phlebotomist, Ryan, did a great job getting through appointments. She was very pleasant to work with.

The check in can use some work, they ask you to provide everything online then when you arrive, you have to repeat everything even though you are provided with a QR code. The rest of the process is well done, just not the check in.
