I had a great experience here! My hair was cut by Krista and she did a wonderful job! I’m always very weary about getting my haircut by someone new but she did exactly what I asked for and gave me great suggestions and conversation throughout my cut! I highly recommend!

I requested carmel highlights with brunette hair. My highlights include blonde streaks. The stylist conveniently curled my hair to hide the blonde streaks before I left my appointment. I called the salon twice to request an appointment to have highlights toned down. I was advised that the stylist was busy and could not fit me in for two weeks. After spending over 300 dollars for my highlights and hair cut, I expected the salon to correct my blonde highlights. I would not recommend going to this salon. They do not stand behind their work or even provide any customer service.

Beautiful salon but dissatisfied with a simple hair cut. Left the first time with it looking almost the same as I started and nothing like my inspo picture. So I called and got an appointment with a different stylist to try to fix it. I thought the lady did a nice job fixing it except for my face framing which I noticed a day later. She bluntly cut my front face pieces to the point there is a 90 degree angle in my hair. It looks awful down unless I curl it, which is how she hid it from me in the salon, and it looks even worse in a pony because I have bluntly cut short pieces protruding from the rest of my hair. I’ve never in my life dealt with blunt/ straight cut hair to frame my face, as they’re usually angled, and it looks choppy/ does not blend nicely now. I wish I would have inspected it before leaving but didn’t have time as I was technically working and the stylist was a little late due to getting stuck behind a school bus. I tipped both stylist via Venmo and paid for my hair cut on a credit card that I am now disputing as they can’t get me in to fix it this weekend and said to call back Monday. I don’t find it appropriate to go to a salon 3 times for a simple haircut and I certainly will not be spending another weekend dissatisfied with my hair. Will be getting my hair fixed elsewhere and I do not recommend this salon. Pics attached for reference.

This was my first time at Salon Blanca. I was very impressed with the decor of the salon itself, but my stylist, Lauren Gill, was absolutely incredible.
I will definitely be back.
