Best vet I've ever seen. They care about you and they care about your pet. Whether it's your first visit or you've been a customer for years they make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommended.
I’m updating my review to specifically mention Dr Pearson. My pup has a condition that requires surgery, and she has listened to all of my concerns, and even when I suggested treatment options, she not only listened but even agreed with my ideas. It’s above and beyond that any medical professional listens to treatment options anymore and she deserves the praise she gets.

We just had Nebs neutered today and couldn't be more pleased with all of you Everyone kept us updated all day and was very kind to my wife and I. We have nothing but good things to say. Monica was very sweet when we picked him up . Keep up the good work ?

Terrible place. We are -were-patients. We have four dogs. Our oldest, 13 1/2 years old shepherd, was exhibiting stroke symptoms and we weee told they couldn’t fit us in. Good riddance.

I do not recommend and if I could give them zero stars I would. My elderly dog was suddenly having issues breathing. I immediately scheduled an appointment for that evening. After an exam and x-rays the Dr prescribed lasix and an antibiotic saying she should be fine by the morning and we will reevaluate her in a week or so to regulate the meds. $400 plus later my poor little girl suffocated/suffered and died less than 8 hours later at 2am. If I knew it was that bad I would have taken her to the emergency vet on Camp Horne. The Dr didn't seem as concerned or was just not competent. The nurse who called to follow up the next morning to check on her was shocked, but uncomfortably rushed to get off the phone. A day or two later I had to reach out and ask the Dr to call me as I had many questions as to what could have gone wrong. She should have been the one to reach out to me ASAP and when we did speak she was very standoffish and cold.

Kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff all around. Very easy to schedule. Little time in the waiting area (which is divided so cats and dogs won't conflict.) Very compassionate approach when the worst is inevitable.

We love this vet. We have seen almost all of the veterinarians there and they’re all very kind and thorough. The staff are super friendly and patient. Love the easy online pharmacy and scheduling.

Half the people who work here are incompetent, it is overly expensive, and if you have an appointment with them expect to spend 40 minutes passed your appointment time in the pee covered waiting room. Even the doctor who prescribed my pet medication doesn’t know what medication he is on. How do you not know that?? You gave them to me. Embarrassing. Diagnosed my pet with kidney disease, had me pay, and shuffled me out the door, didn’t tell me any information on the disease or any course of action on what to do. Embarrassing. Came in for a blood pressure check, I stayed in the waiting room, the vet tech comes back with my pet, and says “have a good day!”, thank you but are you not going to tell me the results of his blood pressure? She said they would call me later and tell me the results, never called me. Embarrassing. I keep going back hoping it would get better, I’ve spent thousands of dollars, and it hasn’t gotten better. It seems to me that this company is just after your money.

We definitely did not get a warm welcome coming into this place. The lady behind the counter with dried out blonde hair was extremely rude when she seen that we didn't have an appointment and questioned us as to why we were there when we just saw the vet the day before. We told her we were following what the vet told us to do. This place is definitely on the "do not return" list. She did nothing to be sweet or considerate.

The best practice you will find. The vets are knowledgeable, compassionate. They work, along with the staff as a team. They communicate as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Ridiculously overpriced. Their estimate was over $1,300 to have my 50lb dog spayed, including pre-op bloodwork. I called around at other vets in the area and they all are far cheaper. I got my dog spayed at another vet in the area for less than half the cost, with the same high quality of care.
