Staff seem a bit incompetent though polite. I phoned to make sure I could ship a package internationally and was told by a woman that yes so long as I have all the paperwork filled out I can ship it. Get there two hours later and the guy on the counter tells me no it can’t be shipped, or if it can he doesn’t know how to do it. Get your act together USPS!

this girl just told me after she overcharged me for shipping that it was my fault because I didn't tell her what I was shipping. apparently price depends on what exactly I'm shipping AND the weight. so I asked why my last package I sent, which weighed more, cost less to send than this one? she said it was because it was media mail (discs, books, etc) I told her what I was mailing was just a notebook. her response was "well, you didn't tell me that." homegirl, I don't work at the post office, I don't know what's considered media mail and what's not. maybe YOU should try asking people what they are sending before just charging them too much. I've been to this place 3 times and all 3 times they've had to readjust my price because they're high school students that work for giant eagle and could care less what you're trying to do. save your time and go to a real post office with real postal workers.
