“Dr. Ruble and his staff are very compassionate and kind. They took wonderful care of Lucian, my best kitty friend, in his last moments. Dr. Ruble discovered Lucian's illness and was promt to give options, unfortunately not much could be done to help my buddy.
They were very kind to me during this emotional day and gave me all the time I needed with him to say goodbye. I will continue to use this wonderful place when I am ready for my next kitty friend.”
“This hospital for me is more than a house, in this hospital I have been attending to my pets since I arrived in Cranberry. I had been given one of the hardest moments when I said goodbye to my 16-year-old baby hairy, and in this place I felt an indescribable peace, I felt supported and loved at this hard time when the world seems to be falling apart. They were very human at this tough time and with the rest of my pets I have always felt the same care. I just love and recommend this place.”

My fur baby, Bohmi is an extremely anxious and agitated dog from rescue and hardly any technicians can even draw her blood for the test due to her anxiety. But they successfully finished all the test and they really care for our baby girl and I deeply appreciate their warm, kind also excellent professionalism today. thank you.”

“From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.”
“We have brought all 4 of our dogs to Green Valley over the years, since before we married in 1994. Everyone there has always been so supportive, compassionate & positive, not only toward us, but - most importantly - toward our furries! Yesterday, we had to make the difficult & heart wrenching decision, as pet owners, to send our good boy, Arley B, over the Rainbow Bridge. He went there last evening, & we know he's playing right now with our other 3 boys & his human grandparents. Stephanie, Kellie, Kate & Dr. McElhinny helped him get there with the least amount of anxiety & fear as quickly as possible with no pain. They gave me the option of being with him the entire time, & after they inserted his IV, I was there with him until & after his passing. I even stayed with him alone for quite some time afterward, & I closed his eyes. They never rushed me out. We already miss him terribly; however, we know it was his time to move on. He was a little over 13 years old, & he lived the 2nd longest of our dogs. Over his life with us, & prior to that, we have received excellent care for our dogs, as well as for us as pet owners, from these wonderful professionals, who are also not afraid to give a hug of support as friends of our pet family members! Thank you Dr. McElhinny, Dr, Lawson, Stephanie, Kellie, Renee, Kate & those of you, whom I may not know by name, who also loved & cared for our dogs. “I had a sick panther chameleon. And the Doctor was very, very good with the animal and very knowledgeable. I would definitely send anyone that has a sick pet. Especially A Exotic pet, if you have any type of snake?
Turtle lizards or any other type of exotic pet bird. I would definitely take your animal to. This Doctor is very Good my Panther chameleon Ozzy ozzy is still on the road to recovery.But he looks like he is going to make it.Thank you very much doc.”
“Routine visit Dr. Niko really seems to love Animals. Everyone was very nice to both of us. And one thing I do like about this practice is if there’s someone there that’s putting their dog down daylight a candle and there’s a note. They’re asking anybody who comes in. You know to keep their voice low and respect them. That’s nice.”

“BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.”
“I had my cat Crosby who passed away cremated at gardens veterinary hospital. They did it in a timely fashion faster than the expected and the staff was extremely compassionate and kind. Thank you for making one of the toughest things I’ve had happen in my life just a little better.”
“Dr Brian is the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Have used other vets in the past now my pets will not ever go elsewhere. They listen to you and give you the treatment plan that is best for your pet. My Beagle Hank is very comfortable with then. Their pricing is very reasonable. ??”
“Highly recommend the Twinbrook team -- they are extremely knowledgeable; polite; and timely in responding to concerns I've left via voicemail during off-hours. They always do their best to accommodate your pet's needs -- even when we were on vacation and boarded our pup -- when there was a medical need; the owner of the Pet Resort took our boy there the same day when he was having stomach issues. I also highly recommend their groomer for any long haired terrier breed!!”
“Dr. Haywood & Glady are simply amazing. I moved to the area in 2019 and was referred to Dr. Haywood by a patient of mine. The past 4 years have been the very BEST veterinary care my dogs have ever received. I have been impressed with the loving, personable attention they provide. I have two rescue dogs that'll be turning 9 & 10 this year. This office has done dental cleanings on both my dogs and most recently an eye surgery on my Copper boy. His eye turned out fantastic with no issues post op. Any time I have an issue with my boys, I can always rely on them to get my pups in quickly. When I leave the dogs for surgery I have not one ounce of anxiety or worry, I know they are in the best hands. Glady is excellent with instructions and they both always have a calm demeanor. If you want premier pet care for your fur babies, this is the place to go!”

It’s much better than those chain hospitals. The front desk staff in particular are very kind and friendly, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care.”

“For almost five years, I have taken my cats to VCA Duncan Manor. I like that they have some evening and Friday hours. The two veterinarians have accurately diagnosed and treated my cats' medical conditions such as conjunctivitis, roundworms, UTIs, and severe dehydration. One vet could have diagnosed and treated constipation better. The vets have also spayed one of my cats and euthanized another cat. The staff always speaks nicely with us.”

“Thankful that they offer urgent care services on Sundays with appointment time slots with it being the weekend and difficult to get him in during the work week. Our dog started to have pain from an ear infection last night. They got us in before our appointment and all the staff was great. We appreciate Dr. Moreno and the staff for being there to help us. Brutus is always nervous at the vet and they were so kind and understanding. We got his ear tested and meds given during that visit. Highly recommend!”
