“The person who works here has got to be the nicest person ever. I love interacting with them. They’re very helpful no matter how many times I come down and ask the same shipping question.. I can never remember.. only down side is I wish they were open earlier.”

“The girl Tasha is so sweet! They were closing.. but she still took her time, helped me figure out the best way to mail an expensive coin, to a shady dude, advised me to tk a pic inside the envelope! You don’t find USPS ee’s like that!! Thx Tasha!!!”
“I came in here recently to ship mail out and the ladies there were nice and helpful. They were very busy though and only 2 people were working when there were 4-5 people in line. I was in and out within 5-6 minutes which wasn't bad. It sucks though I remember when 4 people would be working here at a time and out-the-door times and mail got out sooner, that isn't the post office's fault though. Keep up the hard work and thank you for helping me with my mail.”
“This isn’t my home post office but it’s closer than the one that delivers to me and the people are so much nicer and more helpful.
This is actually the best post office in the area if you need to go into a post office for something.”
“Post Master Eric is incredibly helpful! I have lived in Glen Rock for almost 9yrs, and he has always helped me when I have a problem. We live back in the woods, and not the easiest house to find, so his help has been a relief for me over the years. I really appreciate him, and all his hard work.”
“Although at times, the Post Office is short staffed, it's because certain v. large corporations are putting pressure on government to privatize. In 2025 this service will have been operating competently and loyally to US citizens and customers for 250 years!”
“So now they don't consider new freedom mail "local ". What's up with that. Has to go to Harrisburg in order to be counted since they are paid by the piece. And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resist for almost 50 yesrs..”
“I have to be honest, I’m confused by some of the reviews but respect others’ experiences. I say that because I’ve always received excellent service at this post office. In my line of work, I have to mail things daily and it helps to have the luxury of mailing those things and grocery shopping at the same time/same place. It’s a full functioning post office and always well stocked.”
“I went to renew my family's passports. It was nice and easy, Katie is amazing, and the other Ladie in the office is very nice too (don't know her name). Thank you so much.
We had appointments for 4, and it took les than 25 minutes for all. Good Job!”
“I have no problem with the post office. People need to just be patient it's a rough year or 2 if they can't then just take what ever you are mailing take it them self”
“I'm really happy with my carrier(s)! I get a lot of packages and ask they put them all the way on my back porch (front porch is right off the road for thieves to grab). They have all been super accommodating and I appreciate that so much.”
