I Have never had a problem with customer service or any employee that work there ( the ones i have talk to are very Polite ). Its a butcher shop not Walmart Some of you just need to get over yourselves. It's not there responsibility to notify you if there Daily operations change, hours etc. And I see people crying about not wearing a mask. But I bet it didn't keep you from shopping or whatever you were there for. And I understand the processing changes. The time and effort. twin pines had been butching my deer for 20 yrs and they'll be doing it for the next 20.

Great food, great people. Quality products. I applaud their commitment to quality that is missing in many in the food industry. To the complainers, go to the big grocers and eat the bubble gum colored meat. I will patronize the Twin Pine store and give them my business. ????

I was disappointed to find that none of the employees were wearing a face mask, nor was that policy unforced for the customers. It’s important to remember that any person could have the virus and be asymptomatic. It is out of concern and respect to those around us that we should wear a mask. I will not be returning in the near future.

Don't go!! They aren't wearing masks or enforcing their employees to do so. They are purposely ignoring SARS-CoV-2 regulations. We're in the midst of a pandemic! They are irresponsible and should lose the right to provide food to anyone.

Butcher shop on the farm. They make the best venison bologna around. 2019 was the last year they were going to process venison. According to a sign in their shop, they'll cut the meat to order only when you bring it there already dressed. So unless we're going to have them make bologna, we won't have any further use for this business. Furthermore, had we not brought in our venison this season and seen their sign we wouldn't even know about the discontinued service. And that would have left us scrambling at the last minute to find a butcher to process over one hundred pounds of meat. Additionally, their front end customer service lady has often been at best, unfriendly and uncourteous. They've always done a nice job with the butchering and cutting. They do not wrap or freeze the cuts of meat. We always got our venison back in a huge plastic bag placed inside a box. You'll need to have your own freezer bags, however there are a variety of sizes available for purchase in the butcher shop.
