Dollar General Seward offers everyday essentials at affordable prices from right around the corner. The store is clean and the customer service is amazing, friendly, and supportive, with staff noted as extremely helpful, kind, and patient. Customers report a very pleasant experience. However, the location no longer provides Western Union service, which can cause confusion. Another frequent complaint is that there are always near empty shelves in the pet food aisle, forcing some shoppers to go elsewhere for those items. Overall, this new store is considered much better than the old site.
Leah was extremely helpful and kind! She helped us get things off the top shelf and made sure everything rung up correctly when it was on sale. Very pleasant experience! Bathrooms were also very clean.

I usually make two to three stops there a week. The only complaint I have is there are ALWAYS near empty shelves in the pet food aisle. I end up going somewhere else to get those items.I find the staff to be friendly and supportive. This new store is so much better than the old site.

The prices are not bad on the cleaning items and the toilet paper and paper towels. They are hardly ever busy but they only have one cashier working most the time.
