Meaning to post over a month ago, a young man named terry brought 3/4 of his own portable battery packs in for Verizon customers to use during the awful tropical storm and power outage. I have a business and livestock to maintain, with his help I was able to string everything along. He is a kind kind soul!

Terence was super helpful. He stayed after hours to help me get everything set up. He was extremely patient with us and helped us through everything even when it was tough for us. He knows his stuff! I definitely recommend seeing him!!

I visited this location to pick up a router in late April, after having a poor experience at the Moon Township Verizon store the day before. I was curious to see how this store would handle customers, and I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike the Moon Township location, where there were 3–4 staff members, this store had only one employee. Despite being clearly busy with three customers at once, he remained polite, humble, and attentive throughout. He made sure no one was overlooked and managed to handle all our requests efficiently. I didn’t mind the short wait because his respectful and professional attitude truly stood out.

If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. Wasted my time and useless help. Verizon internet is on the same level of shooting yourself in the foot or pulling teeth.
