So much misinformation and miscommunication. I would never recommend anyone here, specifically this store. Too much money/time wasted due to the horrible communication.

Wish could give 0 stars. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Misleading and deceiving business practices. Agents tell you what you wanna hear and not the truth. They will blatantly lie. Wanted service for cell phone that def works here in selinsgrove and williamsort as work there. Absolutely has service no problem. Service did not work in williamsport and intermittent in selinsgrove. Tried swapping Sims cards tech support did some stuff still nothing. Store agents tell you to call customer service. Customer service says talk to store constant back and forth. Went to store for refund said cold not do without receipt misplaced it. Customer support says can email receipt then store while in front of them says sorry still can't process refund even after said could. Found receipt said gotta call customer service they sa store again returned phones shut off service. Store would not let me talk to store manager. Then customer service said would issue refund and never got it. They tell you stuff to lure you then see ya bye will not help. Would never ever recommend and very shady and deceiving agents throug customer service and in store. They lie straight to your face.

The store looks closed but is openThe employees were in the back as soon as i got to the counter I got helped by two very friendly employees they answered all my questions and were very helpful I hope to do business with them soon

I was a customer under someone else's plan for over 2 yrs (my name was supposed to be on the plan also but they didnt do it that way)When I wanted to split from that plan and get on my own / with a friend... they told me my rate would go from $50 a month to $90 a month.... WTH!I guess t-mobile Does NOT VALUE or APPRECIATE their customers!Also I was given way too much conflicting and wrong information at this store!VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

The manager, Zach, worked hard to make sure we got the best service we could get. He stuck around when he was waiting to go home and waited for me and my wife to show up to fix some issues we were having. All the staff has been friendly and willing to help.

Richie and his colleague are rock stars and offered amazing customer service after an excruciatingly bad afternoon with T-Mobile’s customer service and another poor T-Mobile store. Don’t waste your time dealing with the company elsewhere. Go to Shamokin Dam, PA.
