The lady that worked their retired after 30 years of service to the united states post offices and she will be greatly missed. Her conversations and short talk were always a pleasure. Hopefully they find a person as good as her but it's some big shoes to fill.

Stopped in to mail a package. The person on duty was on a personal cell phone call from before I entered until after I left. She/he? - couldn't tell gender for sure- did not speak to me once until I turned to leave. She pointed at the credit card reader for the info for the price of mailing my package. I paid and turned to leave. She finally said "do you want your receipt?" as I turned to leave but was still continuing her phone call. This person should not even have a job. Shamokin Dam call center, automation is awful. Didn't get to speak with a person.
