Poor management! They have only one woman working both drive-through windows and the lines are always long. Saying they care on their signs is a joke. If they really cared, they would never have closed the Kulpmont and Mt.carmel locations!!!!!

Every experience I had with this bank was positive. Each staff member was very friendly and helpful. They also took their time to explain different options for me to consider.

Having used this BB&T branch for work and personal accounts for the past year plus, I've had nothing but positive experiences.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
