The young man Luke at the check out counter was fantastic. He was very patient and kind and helped me complete a photo print I needed. Also helped me with my extra bucks issue. He is a Gem. Hopefully they promote him and give him a bonus. He is very deserving of both.

This place is a total nightmare, first you can never ever get through the phone to speak with the pharmacist. Anytime you call it is at least 4 minutes long just getting through the stupid computer system. There is no option if you are a caretaker calling for someone else. Then they never call you back even when you leave a message. Have waited over 5 days for renewal on a prescription no contact no nothing. If you go into the store there is always a line and you're never allowed to speak to anybody we will call you back yeah that's a joke. Unfortunately there's no option in this area for a different pharmacy or else I sure would get over there

This place is a nightmare. Can't figure out prior authorizations....
Can't fill meds and have them ready even when they text and tell you, you will show up and wait at times to have them filled. This place could improve soooo much with a little more HUMAN TLC and less Artificial Intelligence.
In this visit alone Im here now 40 minutes over a $18 medicine.....
I would recommend mail meds at this point....
Or mom and pop places. These big corps were built by us they can be unbuilt simply by taking business elsewhere.
Time is money. This is a bad experience almost each month 🫤
UPDATE: After days and hours on the phone with geisinger it turns out that I have a lifetime prior authorization from 2020 for this medicine.
It's right in their system THEY CAN SEE IT
But because they find a way that if every t is not crossed or I is not dotted to be able to charge you straight cash for your medicine I won't be going there anymore because that's the opposite of what a pharmacy is supposed to do there's supposed to be telling you all the pros and cons about your medicine and doing everything in their power to get it to you as cheap as possible that's what a pharmacy's job is.
MORE UPDATE 2 years they've been doing this now sending me a message telling me they're filling me my prescription and I come down here 20 me out of my way and the prescriptions are never ever ever ever ready and I have to drive all the way home and then drive all the way back here so these guys are taking 3 to 5 hours to fill a prescription.
Please guys get your medicine anywhere else

Under no circumstances go this pharmacy for anything they dont call u like rite aid for your medications my doctor called sent my medication 2 days prior from me going to get it the lady was extremely rude told me I wss lieing there lines u will wait forever u have to leave a message u can't get anyone on the phone u have to leave a message Noone calls back im telling u I know rite aid is closing but pickin this cvs would be the worst thing u could do

Pharmacy is great but the lady they have working 1st or both shifts is horrible she's never around out front u can be standing waiting like is ur job to sit and hide in the office all day? Then I come in to this she was out helping a customer for once a cvs reciept on the floor clearly in her view and I come back from the pharmacy and she's back hidding in the office and the receipt is still sitting right there what great front end workers yall got then she told me I have to buy something to use my extra care rewards which isn't the truth. It's DISSAPOINTING to get my meds even at a place that looks trashed and like a ghost store js.

Every time I go to CVS there is always an issue. Just went to pick up my prescription and was ignorantly told they couldn’t help me and to come back at 2 as they were checking out another person. I really hope Rite Aid isn’t going out of business because if I don’t have to go to CVS I stay clear of it. I’ve never had a good experience with the pharmacy.

I switched to this pharmacy and couple years ago because they were polite and friendly, I don't know what happened but the lady's at the front are mostly horrible ignorant rude people. Today my home health aide went in to pick up prescriptions for me and there was 3 done and she asked about the 4th one she was told it was put on hold and she politely asked why it was on hold the maryanne snapped back at her and said I don't know he has 3 prescriptions here for this many dollars are you going to pick those up real nasty and let me note as she was walking in they were all complaining about people not picking their meds up quick enough and this person filled this 38 times that's so unprofessional. I won't even go in the pharmacy anymore I feel like they gave me ptsd they have belittled me one to many times over the years and embarrassed in front of other customers. I really like Katie the pharmacist she's a rockstar and is kind and seems to enjoy helping people if everyone was like Katie this pharmacy would be the best in the world!

Go here for my prescriptions. Always fast and friendly service. Always help me with anything I need. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because sometimes they don't have my prescriptions and everything else in the store is overpriced

Hello. I usually have a good experience with people in the pharmacy. But I had to call because the DOCTOR sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, which obviously was not my fault but I received attitude from whoever answered the phone. Maybe we should work on our customer service skills, or just stick to stocking shelves and not interacting with customers.

Jacob is the man I had an issue that came up I called and he told me to call the next day and remind him because they were closing but I woke up today to a text from rite aid saying that my meds were ready come get them :)

The employees can be either friendly or not at all, it really is dependent upon your own mood and even theirs. The pharmacy and the appointment offices are two stand out parts of the store in my personal opinion because of the fact that the pharmacy staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. They store prescriptions in a wise manner that they can be easily accessible to the employees and in turn, help the customer an awful lot. The store has a decent selection of products and services that may be beneficial to some consumers’ ever evolving needs and wants. But, of course, it’s Rite Aid. You aren’t heading to a big warehouse chain or department store. It’s definitely fairly good for the community for what it is.

i wish rite aid would carry a brand of incontinence pads that I use. I can get the pants there but than i have to go to walmart for pads. (poise overnight plus purple package) is what i use. you have all the other ones but not that one.) Thank you.
