Honestly if you're looking for anything that resembles a bargain don't bother coming here.
Everything that's left for the most part is moved and suspiciously ticket priced. And the prices seem suspiciously high.... And the items that are in the 50% off area don't ring up as 50% off so.... Absolutely Awesome. 17 stars ⭐✨

I called for my prescription because it didnt get auto filled as it normally does & they said they didnt gil it because I have an insurance change. I told them I got a new card & I was bringing out with me & they gentlemen said he would have it filled when I got here… I came in to pick it up & its not filled! They wouldn’t fill it without my card! Are people not able to pay cash for prescriptions now???? Constant attitude with the same person for the last 10 yrs!!!

Go here for my prescriptions. Always fast and friendly service. Always help me with anything I need. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because sometimes they don't have my prescriptions and everything else in the store is overpriced

Hello. I usually have a good experience with people in the pharmacy. But I had to call because the DOCTOR sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, which obviously was not my fault but I received attitude from whoever answered the phone. Maybe we should work on our customer service skills, or just stick to stocking shelves and not interacting with customers.

Jacob is the man I had an issue that came up I called and he told me to call the next day and remind him because they were closing but I woke up today to a text from rite aid saying that my meds were ready come get them :)

The employees can be either friendly or not at all, it really is dependent upon your own mood and even theirs. The pharmacy and the appointment offices are two stand out parts of the store in my personal opinion because of the fact that the pharmacy staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. They store prescriptions in a wise manner that they can be easily accessible to the employees and in turn, help the customer an awful lot. The store has a decent selection of products and services that may be beneficial to some consumers’ ever evolving needs and wants. But, of course, it’s Rite Aid. You aren’t heading to a big warehouse chain or department store. It’s definitely fairly good for the community for what it is.

i wish rite aid would carry a brand of incontinence pads that I use. I can get the pants there but than i have to go to walmart for pads. (poise overnight plus purple package) is what i use. you have all the other ones but not that one.) Thank you.

Was treated awful because of my race by Sandra McCollum and Jennifer Shull. They make dirty remarks about customers and talk about customer's medications that other people hear. Very unprofessional staff.

The pharmacy is horrible they told me they didn’t have my auth for my prescription when they had it a whole week and now they are giving me a run around about fill my Rx..i don’t know how the place is still open there employees are lazy

The hours say open until 6pm on sat and sunday. Can you please correct this. The store is open until 6pm but the pharmacy is not.
