I just had a package of soap delivered by them that had 5 of the 6 bars missing. It was open and barely taped back up with packing tape. Even if the driver didn’t steal it there’s no way they should have left it partially open. I am very curious as to how it got torn open perfectly along the top as well. I guess they really needed the soap

Losing business because of this place, my clients call and ask if I ever sent the paperwork, verify address and it's correct, this happens frequently, also getting strikes against my credit because Best Buy and other credit card companies never got my payment and my checks never came threw my bank, I'm gonna soon hand deliver my own mail , they hire to many losers and theifs,

I was to have a package delivered to my house this past Saturday (06/22/24) it said it was delivered to my front door but I was outside when the mail truck went thru my area and the mail truck Never came by my house so I did not get the package I went to the post office and reported it and they took my name and phone number and I was told that someone would call me but that never happened I hope whoever got my package (that was for my dog) rotts in hell and the USPS should be ashamed the shamokin Post office is useless and liars

Tried setting up appointment for passport, three times was canceled all three times, somehow my wife got in, but lady doing it was miserable.

The supervisor, Kim at this location is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I called today to see why they were holding my mail in the post office as per customer request the problem is I'm the customer and I never requested it now they told me that the city confirmed to her that my house was condemned I asked her to show me the paperwork and she rudely said no and we're done here and literally hung up the phone on me. Someone tell me how is that professional? This is a government .agency correct? Her lack of professionalism should cost her her job. I will be contacting the Postmaster General.

Very irritating that the hours on the front door say the lobby closes at 5:30pm. Usually it's Google that is wrong not the physical sign THEY have complete control over.

I used to be a psd . My package was scanned in at 400pm right before closing at 430pm. I went there to get my package and I was told by a blond that some person isn’t here like that matters just because she didn’t want to look for it . Be wise these people will tell you anything .My package has been sorted since 337pmAnd it was that hard for her to get it ?Edit2nd attempt to get my package at 8am , this place is so disorganized he didn’t even know what carrier or more or less didn’t even feel like getting my package from the carrier . You can tell how professional they are by how they dress . They all like look tweakers .

You can go into the post office and they will lie right to your face, the post master should be fired. It's the worst post office within 100 miles maybe more....
