I called and the next day I was able to drop off my laptop for a full diagnostic due to everything on it being locked up. Rick was able to have my laptop back to me the next day at a very reasonable price. I will take any computer issues to him and I recommend XBit Electronics for for computer problems and let me also add that Rick was extremely courteous. ThanksJeff S.
