I have dealt with Apria for my cpap supplies and it has been nothing but a headache I have been told to pay one amount then that amount goes up and they double charge me each month on my credit card constantly for my machine not only that they double charge for supplies also. It's a horrible company they lie to you and don't care. I found another company and will advise anyone to stay away from Apria!

We had a very nice experience with Apria Healthcare and with the representative I spoke with that helped my husband with equipment he desperately need since he just became sick recently n we weren't familiar with this kind of stuff.Thank you Again

The delivery person was very nice, the person that answers the phone wasn't nice, I spoke to about 3 different people and only one was nice, sounds like a older person.

Worst company ever. Do anything you can to not use them. They have scripted answers that they are willing to read and read and read. With no change in the outcome.Do anything in your power to not use them for your CPAP supplies.

The Apria representatives were very helpful in expediting the ordering and delivery of a hospital bed for my mother. The delivery man helped us take the old bed out and set up the new bed. He was very polite and respectful. I would absolutely use this company again for my mother’s medical supply needs.

I Have been using Apria fornmy oxygen supply for 2.5 years. I have a fill system that refills my portable oxygen tanks that sits on my oxygen concentrator. Within these 2.5 years I have had to have them come out and replace the fill system 4 times because it stops working and won't fill my portable tanks. I also work outside the home, so I need the portable tanks in order to go to work. Somehow the fill system always stops working on the weekends, so I have to call the after hours line and put in a work order and hope they can come out same day. Teice they said they were, but never showed up! They said they called and noone picked up so they canceled the work order. They lied, no one called, I had my ohine next to me the entire day, and i obviously couldn't go anywhere cause i didn't have any portable tanks. I have had to miss multiple days of work because of this issue and it keeps happening! It's extremely frustrating when I try to explain to them that I work outside of the home, and I have a job where I can not call off or take time off! I will say the technician that came out last time wa a extremely nice and helpful, I had told the lady on the ohine that my concentrator wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced and she argued with me that i only get a replacement per my insurance every 5 years. She said if it wasn't working the red alarm button would be goof off. When the technician got here and turned the concentrator on he immediately said it needs to be replaced and that I was lucky it didn't blow up or catch fire! Apria needs to get equipment that actually works and not leave their customers stranded without access to portable oxygen!

This company was supposed to deliver equipment and supplies for 30 days of use. They did not. When trying to get it corrected, they wanted another month of fees paid. I went to another company that delivered a day later with the right supplies and Apria said they will pick up their equipment 2/3 of the month early but won’t refund any money or explain why they only gave me a 10 day supply after playing for 30 days.

No communication when picking up equipment, they were suppose to pick up equipment twice, each time no pick up and the last time, I had to call them close to 5 o'clock to see when thex are coming to pick up , was informed not again today. My husband is on hospice care and they like to use their own equipment. My house is small and all this equipment makes it hard to to get to places. I hope I don't fall.

Very easily handled by everyone there.Rotech was 2 to 3 months before they sent which I cancelled immediately and called your company .Felt like a small walk thru heaven after dealing with other companies.
