I am extremely appreciative of your Pharmacist, Dawn Rochester she’s a wonderful person and she a down to earth woman that makes certain things are handled well and professionally! Whoever is responsible for her duties, in her absence is going to have some very large shoes to fill!

I have been a CVS customer for about 40 years. I have a neurologic illness that causes extreme fatigue. Previously I was on a medication for years and it stopped working. Myneurologist tried another medication, that also did not work well. My neurologist finally found a medication that did work on August 4, 2023. Today is August 10, 2023, and it still has not been filled. On the pharmacy telephone line yesterday it said my medicine would be ready at 5:55 PM and of course, it was not. I spoke to a CVS pharmacist that said it was on backorder and they could not get enough from other stores to fill it. I have had other difficulties recently but my point is that customer service has declined. They are not able to go the extra mile to fulfill a customer’s needs.

The CVS in Sharon Hill has coupons as they all do, however the products on the coupons are rarely available. The staff are as helpful as the can be and the manager is a sweety. The shelves are neet and the drive up is quicker than the pharmacy counter. Once I stood at the pharmacy counter and was ignored although I was the only customer in the store. I left and went through the drive thru. I was helped immediately. So the products on the coupons should coordinate with the products on the shelves. So thats just ok and the pharmacy is below ok. The staff are excellent, the manager couldn't be better.

Pharmacy drive through and inside pharmacy choose when to be open or closed…. Extremely inconvenient.. I was putting up with the randomly closed drive through but to walk in to pick up important meds to see they closed was the last straw.. during the hours they supposed to be open… and they are a really slow and the store itself is always empty on merchandise.. worst CVS I’ve ever been to.

It’s not the worst CVS but it’s not the best. They have a decent selection of items but certain things do sell out faster than others.

This place is always a clean store and pretty much have what you need here. There is always a wait even if there is one person in line. The cashier's move very very slow although they are Pleasant enough to talk to and helpful. One problem I have with this place besides the pharmacy normally sucks is the parking lot. Why do they allow all of the buses from the transit people park in the parking lot there was at least nine buses in the parking lot when the parking lot next door really should be parking was absolutely empty. apparently the manager of this place doesn't care at all, about his Pharmacy or his parking lot. Cuz if they would walk out there once in awhile they would see that there is no parking spots for the customers just bus parking.
