In a post Covid world where customer service is lacking, I had to share my experience at the Sharon Hill CVS today.
I had a prescription sent to this CVS which most CVSs in the area were out of. I was told Sharon Hill had it. My script was a lower dosage that they had available.
Samat Mahat was the person who waited on me at the pharmacy. She was polite and her number one priority was to help me find this medication. She called around to at least 5 other CVS locations. She went above and beyond and CVS is lucky to have such an exceptional employee!
I was so impressed with her level of customer service, I had to share on Google. Thank you very much for your help today Samat! I sincerely appreciate it!

Maria clearly isn’t fit for this job she is mentally unstable everytime i come to the store she’s either going through a pack of cigarettes or snapping at customers it’s never a nice day at cvs with maria

I’ll never use this place again. I TRIED to drop off a prescription at the drive thru. But was met with rude young woman at the window. Her attitude was unprofessional and abrasive. She spent more time laughing and talking with her coworkers than performing her job.

The employees at this location are very unprofessional in the pharmacy department. This particular day, the clerk was using profanity speaking with another customers and conducting herself as if she wasn't in a place of employment. I can't tell you who administered my flu vac because she barely spoke at all or introduced herself, just had an attitude.Calling is useless, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.The employees should have training workshop or CVS should be more selective in the hiring process

I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy and my doctor wanted to talk to a Pharmacist to just confirm the frequency. We were on hold for 2 hours on 9/19/23. The Pharmacist never picks up.I went to the pharmacy and called my doctor to talk to the pharmacist none of them agreed to talk to my doctor. CVS promised to call my doctor’s office to clarify my order, they never did. I had to switch to the SECANE branch. They don’t open on time as well. On 9/18/23 they opened at 10am instead of 9AM with no explanation. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.. Very dismal service.

I went into this store 7\26/2023 and there was 2 female employees arguing....and one was the manager! I have anxiety and I left outta the store without buying everything I needed because of the arguing and yelling. The cashier was so nice....she started talking to me to calm me down because she saw how it got to me. I will never go back to this CVS again!!!!

If I could give zero Stars I would because of Dawn the pharmacist. She was disrespectful, had a serious attitude problem, and overall just a nasty individual.

so unprofessional! there was a employee on the phone arguing for 20 minutes while us customers were waiting and I think her name was shay. Also, the store is so unorganized and looks dirty! I’m disappointed.

This CVS is horrible!! They never answer the phones. Once I called while in the store and watched them let it ring. Second time I called while getting in my car. Drove from Essington to this CVS and you guessed it, just ringing. Got up to the counter and I was the only one there. Can I help you? Yeah a hole answer the dang phone! Took my business elsewhere.

The photo department was very rude and dismissive. I phoned before arriving and was constantly hung up on. The worse service ever.
