I’ve been calling for MONTHS to a wellness appointment with my Primary care Dr Holly L Green and it’s always a song and a dance. I’ve been told to call back in a few months because they have nothing. The women who answers the phone is unprofessional and rude! This office is a JOKE

Had called early on Nov 7 2023 to see if I could get an earlier appt then my appt for Nov 20. Got a call bake later that afternoon from Linda who was the nicest , sweetest person . She listen to my issue and found me an earlier appt for Nov 14 . I want to let you know how much that meant to me Thank you ❤️

ANSWERING SERVICE SAYS THEY OPEN AT 9:15 AM, MY PHARMACY HAS PUT IN AN ELECTRONIC REQUEST FOR MY DIABETIC MEDICINE ON OCTOBER 4, 2023 N ITS OCTOBER 17, 2023 N IM OUT OF DIABETIC MEDICINE N IM PUTTING THIS ON HERE IN CASE I GO INTO A DIABETIC COMA WHICH HAS HAPPENED BEFORE NOT FROM THIS DOCTOR BUT NEGLECT HAPPENS ALOT WITH DOCTORS N THEIR STAFF WHO DON'T ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION N TELL OTHER STAFF, CAN U DO THAT BC I DON'T HAVE TIME RIGHT NOW!!

Dr. Holly Green is kind, patient and shows true concern for her patients. She talks through all possible ailments and makes recommendations that are sensible. She has the sensibilities of an old time doctor that used to make house calls. I am so grateful for her. The support staff is just as kind and helpful.

Tried to get appointment for physical to keep my health insurance was told it would be 7 months before I could get I lost the health insurance due to that.

Every time I tried to schedule a new patient appointment I was always told to call back next month every time and that’s been happening since the beginning of the year it’s October now !

I have been a patient of Dr. Holly Green for over 15 years. Her office was in Folcroft, Pa. and has since moved to two other locations. I have followed her to both locations through the years. She is a very smart & friendly doctor to say the least! I was very impressed by her mannerisms and concern for my overall health. She is someone who you can confide in no matter what you have to say ...and she does not judge you either. She gives good advise if needed and takes the time to explain everything if there is any questions you may have. I really admire Dr. Green for her hard work & love of the community that we live in. It is very rare to find a good doctor with all the qualities of Dr. Holly L. Green.

I've been seen at this office for quite a few years. I love my doctor she is very thorough and cares about her patients. Her staff members are very efficient and courageous. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing.
