Usually when taxes are done, you are able to sit down and go over the taxes with the preparer. But with COVID you have to drop the taxes off and leave. I claimed my son on my taxes but they never put him on it and they never called me to tell me that they couldn’t place him on my taxes. I had to call them after they already submitted my taxes to find out why and therefore i did not have the option to take my taxes else where. As a result for my taxes i received less than 500.00.
