The man was very friendly and knowledgeable about tax returns. The only issue was being seen 25 minutes after our appointment time.

The only person I would work with here is Jason. Marcella didn't know nothing and kept calling another woman for help. I called back and found out that she never sent my taxes to the IRS. They have people working there who don't know what they're doing. I shouldn't have to pay full price for incompetent staff

Mark D'Antonio is the best at Jackson Hewitt. He always makes my mother and I laugh, which is one of the experiences you cannot get from another tax service center. He is very intelligent, trustworthy, and is willing to help all of his clients. I highly recommend you file your taxes here because of the excellent service! The customer service is also fantastic!

I would give it -5 stars if I had the option. I will never use them ever again. I recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE. They are disappointing beyond words. I'm afraid of 2 things in life. Death, and Using JACKSON HEWITT for my taxes. If you find yourself walking past one of there offices, RUN in the opposite direction!

Tax preparers at this location don't have any knowledge. I had a terrible experience with agent named Mark at sharon hill. He had no idea about ITIN filing and he made me do the full payment but did not gave correct and accurate information and now am being asked to go somewhere else to get the job done inspite of paying the full amount to him. On requesting for refund due to the wrong information provided by him, he denied for any refund.
