I spoke with shadia Guzman this morning about a policy we went through a lot of the stuff on the phone she was rushing the hell out of me and very rude not answering questions evading questions that I had especially when a concerned money I paid for two policies prior homeowners and motorcycle and I paid both of them for the year and she kept trying to evade the monthly payment for the quote for the car insurance she was giving me she was very very rude and I told her I would come down to the office I live in another town and I drove there and just left because she was very rude and confrontational why I don't know because we were on the phone she said she's treating me the way I treated her and that's not very professional because I'm there as a customer trying to get something done and pay for a service so I got up and left and told her my money spends everywhere and as I was leaving her and her coworker had some things to say I didn't hear everything I just kept walking I would not recommend shadia Guzman or this place to anybody she's a fast talker and slickster
