I am a return customer to Strybuc. My last order contained window balancers and latches.Two of the balancers were damaged and the window latches were incorrect. Submitted pictures. I have been strung along for three weeks now with no confirmation for the return. Extremely poor way to treat returning customers. Be very careful dealing with this company.

They don’t know how to communicate. I called them about some rare lock mechanism and I sent them pictures. They asked for measurements I sent them the measurements they asked for more measurements. I provided everything they asked for! And I was always have to run after them to check status. They are not calling back or follow up about questions. I called again and I made it clear that I don’t care if they said they don’t have it on stocks or something like that but I’m waiting for an answer so just tell me what is going on. I’m still waiting. More than a week.

If the phone is answered by the guy named Ray, you have few options: hang up, ask for a different person, or be be an a.......le to him, just like he is to the customer. I don't know what the deal with this guy, but he is horrible, and always rude, and impolite!!!!

We've worked with Strybuc for years, (before I even joined our company) and I had always considered the vendor/client relationship to be good, but not necessarily anything special. That view changed the other day when we had an issue, and they bent over backwards to help us out of a jam. Maria, our account rep was amazing!
