Customers consistently praise the friendly and professional staff at Advanced Auto Body. The work they do is of excellent quality, with vehicles coming back looking "as good as new." Customers appreciate the great customer service, with the owner and staff being described as "nice," "friendly," and "helpful." They keep customers informed throughout the repair process and go the extra mile, such as returning rental cars for customers. While the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, one customer did mention an incident with a rude front desk staff member regarding a deductible. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as the majority of reviews highlight the outstanding service and quality work provided by Advanced Auto Body.

Was very happy from the phone call to get an estimate to the time I drop the car off to the time I pick my car up with a formed what was going on with my car very easy drop off and pick up will be using them again if needed.

Advanced Auto was excellent to deal with. They did a great job. My van was completed in very good time. It was all cleaned when I picked it up. The people there were very nice and personable. I will highly recommend them to anyone that I meet that needs these services.
