Customers consistently praise the friendly and professional staff at Advanced Auto Body. The work they do is of excellent quality, with vehicles coming back looking "as good as new." Customers appreciate the great customer service, with the owner and staff being described as "nice," "friendly," and "helpful." They keep customers informed throughout the repair process and go the extra mile, such as returning rental cars for customers. While the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, one customer did mention an incident with a rude front desk staff member regarding a deductible. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as the majority of reviews highlight the outstanding service and quality work provided by Advanced Auto Body.

They do wonderful work. My car was there for front end damage, under an insurance claim. They made the pickup/drop off and rental processes, quick and easy. Not only did they repair my car, but they also detailed it inside and out. Fantastic job, all around.
