Excellent customer service and products. I have been ordering for a couple months now and have not had a single issue. I am new to Kratom so wasnt really sure what to expect, but everything arrived very fast and nicely packaged and it has helped manage my anxiety and pain. I highly recommend PA Botanicals!

Such an incredible company.. Wonderful customer service. I have been ordering for years due to chronic pain, and if it wasn’t for their amazing products and consistent customer support I don’t know what I would do. Also, it’s the best product you can find. Someone not looking to take too much, you don’t need much of this brand at all. You probably need about 1/5 compared to other brands.Special thanks to Kara in particular for her wonderful customer service through the years!

My names Jr.I just purchased an 8oz. Bag of Red Fibro Kratom from PA Botanical. The kratom was brown and stale and very bad. The store clerk told me that they're keeping my money and that they're not concerned with the fact that they sold me bad Kratom.PLEASE BE WARNED.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I tried stopping by for my 2nd visit, and even though they closed 20 minutes ago, Bird kept the store open to patiently help me. 5 stars across the board, A+!

This store is an absolute life-saver. I’ve suffered from chronic cervical pain for over a decade and finally found a strain that works. I would recommend it to anyone with chronic pain, and for me, red vein strains and extracts seem to be the best, no withdrawals when stopping, superior to pharmaceuticals.

I heard about you on reddit and I requested some samples and I have to tell you your kratom is hands down the best I've had. I'm fighting breast cancer and I take kratom in lieu of opiates for pain and anxiety.. packaging is awesome, clearly labeled and it has that slight numbing on my tongue. . Very fresh and potent. I have added you to my rotation in fact you're my go to now. Thanks so much for the samples and for the high quality. I'll be leaving a review on reddit as well. Keep up the great work

This store has quality kratim in many strains and firms. Along with other herbal remedies. They offer discounts always on different things. They are fast and friendly! I've been going here for over a year and am always satisfied. The staff knows the products well and can help guide you if your not familiar with certain types of kratom or herbs.
